I completed the task Install And Configure SFTP, but I got failed.

The user only could log in just via sftp:
ravi:x:1002:1002::/var/www/app:/sbin/nologin
I could log in via sftp normally.
Did you test if user was able to SSH or not ? Also after login into SFTP it should not land in / directory which indicates that the configuration wasn’t correct.
you were right I forgot to configure the ssh permissions
