I have made changes correctly in httpd.conf file for the
‘directory listing is not disable on apache server on App Server 1’

Change added Options Indexes FollowSymLinks in

<Directory /var/www/html/>

Block but still it is showing the Task Status - Failed

Please check and let us know what is the issue

i think you forgot to add

ServerTokens Prod
ServerSignature Off

these lines in below of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file
