When I issue “sudo” command on ubuntu server, it takes a while before the standard output is returned. Please can anybody help with the possible solution to this slowness.

Well, this is personal. It has nothing to do with “kodekloud” platform. Am facing the issue in my personal lab.
Increase the memory limit.
Can you share the specification of your system?
