Can someone please resolve this issue ASAP. I tried using Firefox and Brave.

Hi @kaiser101,

We’re sorry to see that you’ve faced some issues in the lab.
Can you give us the link to the lab or the name then we can check ?

Thank

Whats the ETA to fix this?

Hi @kaiser101,

What kind of error mesage are you seeing after clicking on the Start button?

Regards.

Timeout or Ohh!! Something went wrong. something like that

Are you seeing issues with all the course labs? @kaiser101

No error message. Just nothing happens. Yes I am seeing this with all the labs.

This is frustrating.

Please disable the adblocker.

Please use the Chrome browser to access the lab.

That is not a solution. Ad blocker is meant to block ads. Are you running a community service where you are dependent on revenue from ads?

I have tried Chrome as well. By the way, Brave is built on top of Chromium.

Can you please try once after disabling the adblocker or extension? which is causing this issue.

We are trying to check which is causing the issue on your system.

OK, disabling the ad blocker resolves the issue. But unless you give me a solution which does not require me to turn my ad blocker off, I am not recommending kodekloud to anyone.

I will repeat. This needs to be fixed. I am not going to turn the adblocker off.

Hi @kaiser101 ,

Please don’t do this. We are here to help you.

I am forwarding this issue to the concerned team. They will check and will update you back.

Best Regards,

This issue is still happening and its been over a week now. I have not heard back. 0 stars for Kodekloud. Thanks, but recommending this course and Kodekloud to anyone, NOT HAPPENING!!

Hi @kaiser101 ,
I got an update from them. We need to disable the adblocker because it blocks the WebSocket connection which is required for the labs.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Regards,
