Unable to create a resource group in azure

I have to deploy some resources using terraform to azure. where I need to create a new resource group. But it seems the kodeklouduser does not have appropriate permissions to do so.

Hi @rajesh.kadam8126,
Please use the existing resource group.
If you are looking for something on a new resource group which existing ones don’t have then let me know.

@Tej-Singh-Rana - I tried with existing resource group, but still getting some permission errors, while deploying network resources. PFA screenshot.

There seems to be authorization issue with the user. Please refer the screenshot.
