The Research Questions of my course are not successfully finishing and geting a tickmark.Im trying to generate the certificate

Bro, when we complete every topics we will get a tick mark right… But I’m not getting any in my practice test and research questions. Any idea why it’s so? @Tej-Singh-Rana
