It seems the token has been expired so If you are joining a node to the cluster after the current token has expired, you can create a new token by running the following command on the master node
$ kubeadm token create

@Mohamed Ayman Thanks for the help… Yes saw this but this was not the issue. The issue was my CIDR ranges for pods was incorrect.
@kodekloud i still faced that issue even i have changed the CIDR. once i ceated the cluster it worked but later when i tried to recreate it again this error keeps showing
