Task Failed: Ansible Copy Module

So, I get the “Ansible Copy Module” task. I create an inventory file and ansible playbook. I execute the following command successfully: ansible-playbook -i inventory playbook.yml

However, when I click finish, whatever process executed the playbook ended up failing. Can someone look into this for me?
