Is this normal ? I have tried 3 times, and it stills the same issue

Make sure you are using correct password while ssh, please refer the wiki for servers credentials details.

there is no correct entry in /etc/hosts of Backup server name stbkp01 and ip of Back up server is 172.16.238.16.

I tried with stdb01 server. it’s OK for me now thanks
