Please help. How can I gain access as a root user. its asking for a password and I entered the one provided for the server. Please let me know how I can do this.
You can’t connect directly with the root user to the servers, you must use the login provided and then use sudo -s to switch to the root user

first login to server normally then type
“” sudo -i “” it will ask u for password then enter password provided for the server it will work
