Player@Am not that familar with Resource limits,I have checked in few forums ,all the users were mentioned with # and in that file also all the users are in #.So i have just used #.

If you will add “#” in the beginning of the lines that lines or words and all remaining characters whatever you added on that line will be ignored.
In generally, we used # to provide a statements or details about files or instructions.
