Pull request - branches are equal

Hello,
I have an issue with question 06, LAB Pul Requests,
When I try to create a pull request to merge Max’s story/fox-and-grapes branch into the master branch`, Git portal return this message “These branches are equal. There is no need to create a pull request”.
