Postgres configuration

PostgreSQL is not configured correctly, either user ‘kodekloud_sam’ and database ‘kodekloud_db4’ does not exist or user ‘kodekloud_sam’ does not has appropriate permissions on database ‘kodekloud_db4’ on DB Server

I created a user and connected to the Database and granted all rights. But task failed. Please help.
