Please update the metrics server instructions on CKAD Monitoring practice test

The metrics server repository that the “CKAD - Monitoring” practice test links to is incorrect and will not install.

I found another thread on the forum here that said to use the following link instead (which worked for me):

git clone GitHub - kodekloudhub/kubernetes-metrics-server: Development environment deployment of metrics-server
