In this question we were unable to ping the apache server for one of the APP servers. We have to make the changes so that we should have been able to ping the all the app servers.
I believe you are talking about
Apache service is not reachable, either service it self is down or some firewall or something is causing the issues. If so then you need to make sure that Apache is reachable on its port (whichever is mentioned in the question), check Apache service, firewall rules or something that might be causing the issue.
Yes, the mentioned port was 5003 and the apache server was not responding in “APP server 1” server. And from the attached screenshot you can see that after making the changes it was responding on port 5003.
Please let me know if you think I have missed anything.
That is fine but you also need to make sure there is nothing else which is causing issues (blocking it or something) due to which Apache is not reachable, you can test from jump host to see if Apache port on respected app is reachable.
