you are creating in wrong destination. According to tasks user name has no home directory then how you can be find in that location?
What command have you used to create user kirsty?

usermod -m -d /var/www/kirsty kirsty =for changing directory location
useradd kirsty = for creating user

Hi,

In the question you are asked to create a user without home directory. So you why are you trying to create user with a custom home directory ?
