Hi @Francesco! Sorry no updates yet. But most of our other students have had better luck with disabling Ad blockers. Do you happen to have any Ad blocker that may be preventing some essential javascript files? Or are you by any chance using Brave Browser?

Not brave browser. Chrome is preferred.

Do you see any error in the browser console? Can you please right click -> select inspect -> and check if you see any errors in the console?

No error I have also changed laptop using always Chrome but the issue is the same

May I know your region? Can you please test with a VPN? Like Tunnel bear and VPN to another region and see if it works. This is only to isolate the issue and see if that makes a difference.
