Missing content in the video help on DNS

Hi team,

Good day,

I have been into the course devops prerequisites. In that, i came across DNS, where we are into topic /etc/hosts and /etc/resolv.conf.

By default, first the check will happen in the /etc/host and then /etc/resolv.conf.

If we need to change it, as per video (Voice) we need to change the sequence in a file. (But which file is not mentioned). For this, the relevant cmd is not shown (in visual). (Exact video time is around 5:40. If you go to this time frame of the video, you will able to get it)

Request:
If you can add it in the visual content of the video, it will be helpful. (The option to change the search sequence first to DNS and then etc/hosts) .

Thanks in advance.
Krishna

Hi @Tej-Singh-Rana

Thanks for the update. I will proceed with it.

If possible , pls add the option to change the sequence ‘/etc/nsswitch.conf’ in the video.
