When logging queries on this forum regarding failed tasks, I see a number of responses from the KK team, if there are issues on the backend, they respond with; they changed the tasks to ‘pending’ on behalf of the user, and we should attempt the task again.
I was AFK this weekend, and I forgot to set my profile’s out of office. One of my tasks expired… If there’s no way to manually reinstate an expired or failed task now, it might be a cool feature, for a future release.
