Managing ACL using Ansible

@Tej-Singh-Rana Completed the task. after submitting , got failed with error “blog.txt does not exist”. I checked it is there on app 1 with rw permissions for user.

@pratikshag, as per question, only blog.txt should be there at location /opt/sysops on App Server 1
