Mail notifications

Hi,

When a new task is available i don’t receive a mail notification.
Is it normal.
My address email is correct.

Thanks you so much @Vitor for your reactivity.
One other quastion is it possible to ask other task without waiting 48H( in case i have time) ?
One task by day, it will take many days to pass from * System Administrators to devops engineers lol

Tej just remembered me that there is another option to be notified about the tasks: (check the bottom of your account option)

Can you check yours? Also, can you share your KodeKloud Engineer username, please?

About the tasks, for now, the only way to give tasks regularly, without having to wait the 48H period, is by being a KodeKloud Pro member. More info here in this link!
