Linux Run Levels - Not able to login to app nodes

This task is failed because I’m not able to login to the app server. and I’ve already raised the concern about the same, but no response…!! please guide if I did something wrong in this scenario.
I could set run level on only 1 app node. rest two nodes are unable to login…!
@mmumshad, can you please help me here?
