Yes, built-in camera is sufficient but in camera photo should be clear.

Yes, laptop cam can be used using PSI’s browser extension. You need to be online throughout the exam in Cam sharing your desktop

Yes, if anything i had to disable my laptop camera in device manager to use my external webcam, otherwise psi would just detect my laptop webcam and won’t give me an option to chose.
