In the kubernetes Security Context, what are the capabilities? Why do we need to add them at the container level?

Hello. Some capabilities makes more sense to be applicable to the container, such as adding specific permissions to a user for example. That is at the container level as maybe you only want one container with some capabilities and other container with other capabilities when you have a multicontainer pod.
