• Would it be better to sit for the CKA vs. CKAD?
• Can we say that CKA cert holder has all the knowledge CKAD cert holder has?
• Or are there some areas which CKAD covers that CKA doesn’t?

  1. Totally depends on you, for me CKAD was easier then CKA but it depends on if you have previous experience using kubernetes or not
  2. No. Both are from a different target users: CKAD is for developers and CKA is for administrators. There are some topics in common but both are different certifications

I am guessing CKA > CKAD?

as you know already k8s, I think is better to do CKAD > CKA. CKAD will not be a problem for you but you can use it to know how the exam is working
