Hello, I planning to attend CKAD and CKA exams within this year. So, I have to purchase the exam from linux foundation, Now they give 25 % offer on all exams.
Due to financial problem, I going to buy one exam , So i Have to select CKAD to buy first.
I have to wait next offer sale to buy CKA. Next sale may be on Black Friday, which come this year Nov 26.

Is there always a offer in linux foundation for black friday every year?

If yes I can wait until that day, finish my CKAD exam withi that, as well prepare for CKA. SO I can buy exam at Black friday, and attend that also.

There is usually always ‘a offer’ but the discount may change. Plus don’t go for too many certs if your company doesn’t reimburses you for them. Knowledge and experience trumps certs.
