Hello a quick question @Mumshad Mannambeth. Does a NodePort service reside in the node in which its associated pod is hosted? Or it can reside in any node on cluster irrespective of its associated pod placement?

Good question. A service exposed as NodePort will be available on all the nodes part of the cluster.

Oh I remember, service is not hosted like pods. It is just an ip mapping entry in memory right?
