Git pull request task incorrectly marked failed

Hello Team,

Please review this task and mark it as successful. As the the failure reason shown shows that the task failed because no PR request was raised for review however in screenshot its visible that PR was requested for review.

I had to else it would had expired and I couldn’t have received any points.
Is it possible to re-verify the task from your side?

I performed the same steps and this time the task got completed successfully.
