Firewall Port Block query

Hello,

if we want to block any port, do we need to set state as enabled or disabled. Kindly see the screenshot below. Right side is question, left side top playbook is answer and the botton one is the one I created. or does this mean if we enable a port in block zone that will block the port.

@06ashishrawat true, since its zone block so enabled means rule is effective and port is blocked.
