Error Pulling Image - "You have reached your pull rate limit"

While doing Voting App exercise from Game of Pods, I get the following error:
Error from server (BadRequest): container “vote-deployment” in pod “vote-deployment-77cfb468f7-6r8pq” is waiting to start: image can’t be pulled

Can you please fix it?
