Crontab wrong results

I was wrongly judged on the crontab results.

I have done all the given tasks and also checked if the crontab service is running or not on all the app servers. This is not right. This has happened to me before too on one other task. Please look into this with priorty.

@saptars96 in your original answer after installing the required package your just added the cron and clicked on finish button. Maybe you started the service after that so it failed.
