I passed the exam at second attempt, keep being motivated at exam as the time is the biggest problem at exam

Would you mind sharing steps followed for couple of question specific
1 Kubeadm upgrade
2 ETCD restore/ backup
3 sidecar container for logs
4 deployment front end with two port enabled for one pod.
