Hi All,
I understand that the voucher that I bought comes with a free retake.

From the website, it says the retake must be taken within the 12 months of the purchase.

Besides that, is there any other rules (eg. the retake can be taken 3 days after the first attempt)?

No, there is no other rules defined for the free retake. You can take the free retake within the 12 months.
