You can only resize dynamic provisioned PVC and the storageclass must support resize.
If the PVC is associated with PV, you will need to delete PVC then resize it and recreate it again.

@Mohamed Ayman what if in case pvc not associated with PV …pvc only associated with POD ? do we still need to re create it ?
